• 750 ml muesli (fruit)
  • 180 ml dried fruit (chopped, like apricots, raisins, dates, apples, and pineapple)
  • 80 ml desiccated coconut
  • 125 grams butter (chopped)
  • 80 ml of honey
  • 80 ml of peanut butter
  • 125 ml soft brown sugar



  1. Line a 16cm x 26cm pan with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang on the long sides. Combine the muesli, dried fruit, and coconut.
  2. Heat the butter, honey, peanut butter, and sugar on medium for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Mix through the fruit mixture until combined. Press into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set. Cut into 12 bars.
