Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon dried fruits to taste
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts

 

Instructions

  1. In the cooking pan pour milk, add quick oats.
  2. Cook on medium or low heat for 5 – 8 minutes until oats are soft.
  3. Add maple syrup and mix.
  4. Add walnuts, and dried fruits to taste.
